Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

We strive to provide highquality, ondemand services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and cancellations may be necessary. This cancellation policy outlines the terms under which cancellations can be made and any applicable fees.

2. Cancellation by Customer

2.1 Cleaning, Laundry, and Minor Repairs (e.g., AC Repair, Painting)

 Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No cancellation fee.

 Cancellation between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the service fee will be charged.

 Cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled service: 100% of the service fee will be charged.

2.2 Major Repairs or Services (e.g., Renovations, Major Electrical Work)

 Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: No cancellation fee.

 Cancellation between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the service fee will be charged.

 Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 100% of the service fee will be charged.

 

3. Cancellation by Service Provider

3.1 If the service provider cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases:

 Full Refund: The customer will receive a full refund only through the original mode of payment or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost through the same 

4. Rescheduling

4.1 Customers may reschedule services without penalty if the request is made:

 Cleaning, Laundry, and Minor Repairs: At least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

 Major Repairs or Services: At least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

4.2 Rescheduling requests made within the penalty period may incur a fee equivalent to the cancellation fee.

5. NoShow Policy

5.1 If the customer is not present at the service location at the scheduled time and has not canceled or rescheduled the service, it will be considered a noshow.

 NoShow Fee: 100% of the service fee will be charged.

6. Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, the following process will take place:

  1. Points equivalent to the value of the service will be credited to your Khidmatakum account.
  2. You will receive a notification confirming the points have been added.
  3. These points can be used for any future purchases on our app.

7. Disputes

7.1 Any disputes regarding cancellations or fees should be reported to our customer service within 7 days of the incident. We will review and respond within 14 business days.
